Great experience. Everything was hassle free. Guidance is good. My relationship manager, Arun was always available for any kind of questions I had. Till now I had a great experience with leap finance. The loan process is very easy and everything is online compared to other banks in which process is time consuming. Received my sanction letter in 3 working days. Also upon my request they have reduced the sanction amount and resent the letter. They are very supportive throughout the process. Everything went on smoothly till now. Money hasn't been disbursed yet, so I can't talk about it. Best part is that they will be creating a US bank account and money is disbursed to the same account.
